Bradley Mills
Construction Manager
Bradley is a qualified builder with over 20 years industry experience and has been an integral part of the successful delivery of numerous Builtform projects including Garden House, Seaforth and Avalon House, Avalon (Peter Stutchbury Architecture). Both of these projects have been widely recognised and published and are AIA (Australia Institute of Architects) Award winners. This is a testament to Brad's skills and commitment, appreciation of architectural detail, vast practical experience, and extremely high construction standards.

Ben Gill
Site Manager
Ben's qualifications include a Certificate 3 in Carpentry/Joinery and an MBA Certificate IV in Building & Construction at distinction level.
Ben has over 15 years in the construction industry and a high level of expertise in concrete construction and architectural detail. He is enthusiastic and committed to the craft of construction and has delivered many of Builtforms most recognised projects including North Manly House and Mona Vale House (UTZ Sanby Architects.)
Michael Fell
Site Manager
Michael has been honing his trade for over 8 years and has a Certificate III in Carpentry & Joinery and has also completed his HIA Certificate IV in Building and Construction. Michael is recognised for his passion for high-end architectural detailing, especially fine-detail carpentry work. His enthusiasm, easy-going nature and excellent work-ethic have made him a highly respected and valued member of our team.
